M4300 Setup QoS on LAN ?

Switch is a 4352, latest firmware, we need to setup priority QoS(I think).   We have a Streaming PC connected to Port 9  in Vlan 40.   How can we give this pc on port 9 highest priority for streaming ?  The Switch is connected to a Firewall(Fortinet).   thanks.

We can configure VLAN tagging priority or DSCP to prioritize the traffic. Could you also please let us know what type of streaming traffic would come from PC , is it a multicast or broadcast traffic , any specific application?
