Hi Hopchen,
Apologies for the late reply...
Bascially this is the update...
Did everything recommended except the below item 3 as this option was not in my Core..
3. Allow querier mode each VLAN.
Switching > Multicast > IGMP Snooping > IGMP VLAN Configuration > Enable Proxy Querier mode for you VLANs here and click Apply. The site just confirmed that multicast is working fine now... :)
One thing I should mention that when I changed the multicast protocol, my remote connection dropped out for about 30 seconds... But then it came good.
Thanks you very much for your help on this...
Regards,
Mayank

Kindly click on the attachment (the paper clip icon at the right side of this post) to download the file. It is the same files that Hopchen posted for you and I just saved it as .pdf format so that I could attach it here..

No problem mayank7489
Take your time. Please remember that these docs are just some guidelines on how to set it up correctly. It won't necessarily solve your issues straight away, but at least we will have a good base to work and troubleshoot from.
Cheers

Nice documents & really well written.. Have gone through them...
So in my case under Core > Routing > Multicast, DVMRP is enabled and assigned to 2 Vlans. Hence all I would need to do is to Disable DVMRP & enable PIM-DM and assign it to the 2 Vlans. This will move the Layer 3 Multicasting protocol for the Core from DVMRP ti PIM -DM.
As for the IGMP Snooping, I noticed is that "Querier IP address" (this is the only place it is configured) under Core > Switching > IGMP Snooping > Querier Configuration is set to a IP address 172.16.210.17 which is a IP address within a configured VLAN. From what I understand this IP address is not an actual IP address and can be anything. e.g. 1.1.1.1. Would this be causing any issue for me and would it be better for me to specify it to be a arbitary IP address like 1.1.1.1?
