Ping Issue
Hi
I am using GS724T switches. Problem i am facing is that entire switch is in one single vlan, when laptops and computers are connected, each of them can ping while when i connect a an encoder it doesnt pings.
These encoders when connected through a cisco switch are reachable and ping as well.
Kindly suggest as i have 2 of these switches.

It seems that you are having issues once the encoder is connected to the switch. May I know the exact model of your encoder? Have you checked the IP address of the encoder if it conflicts to any of the devices connected in your network?
