Welcome to the community!
Just to confirm the configuration done on the switch, on the System > Monitoring > Mirroring, the following are:
- Destination port is 5
- Source port is 1
- Mirroring set to enabled
If such are the following, have you also tried performing a reboot and/or a factory defaults?
Another thing that you can try is to change the Ethernet cables and try a different workstation if possible.
