ACTIVATION CODE FOR NIGHTHAWK R6700

Question

I was sent an activation code from netgear for my nighthawk annual subscription but every time I enter it, I get a notice that it has already been used. I can’t seem to get any support on the topic. Anyone ever experience this?

The router itself doesn't need a activation code to work normally.&nbsp;
