How to turn off Netgear Armor?

Hi,&nbsp;My model is&nbsp;Nighthawk RAX20 Dual-band AX4 WiFi 6 Router - AX1800&nbsp;and I just changed from Google Wifi.After changed the RAX20 I found something strange.I can't turn off the Netgear Armor.I know it's in the admin app but no matter how I tried, it always showed: "Disabling NETGEASR Armor.", then&nbsp; "Process is taking too long (more than 60 secs) Try again!!"... Really no words, such bad user experince.&nbsp;I used speedtest to test, before Google Wifi was always around 600-700Mbps (download), but now I only got 100-130Mbps..., are you kidding me??https://photos.app.goo.gl/pjSKquS3xCGf9LyLAhttps://photos.app.goo.gl/ZHTuE3LvcXRBtQg97&nbsp;Does anyone can advise?ThanksJames

The only way to turn off was factory reset and turn off in the very begining...
