Orbi App - in app purchase of Armor not working

Hi there I need to renew my subscription to Armor - trying to do this in the App and the radio button to accept Ts&Cs is not enabled so cannot complete.  Buying on website is 2x the price.

 

Using iPhone 12 on IoS 15.0.2 

 

Any ideas welcome as to why this isn't working?

  • It turns it’s a UX issue. When using PayPal, the T&C checkbox doesn’t become clickable until AFTER you go through the PayPal checkout process.

    To get a hold of support for subscriptions services like Armor/Circle, click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
    Register an account (or login) and then the device.
    From there you can start the support process.
    Click on: My Support---->Contact Support---->Get help with my subscription service

     

    That's going to be your best bet. 

     

    Potentially ChristineT  and  @DarrenM can help 

  • Same thing here, T&C checkbox cannot be checked, so cannot subscribe. iPhone 12 as well.
