Can't connect to any of my LAN devices over Insight VPN
I have an Insight-managed BR500 and added it to a VPN group, then invited myself via my own email address. I then installed the client on a Windows 10 v1903 laptop and connected to the VPN via a mobile hotspot over Verizon Wireless. The VPN connected just fine, but nothing on my LAN is visible from the laptop, even when I set the mobile hotspot connection to be a Private network in Windows.
Any ideas?

Hello,
How are you trying to access the remote resources? Are you able to ping any of the remote devices when connected to the VPN group through the client?
