Enabling 2.4Ghz radio on a netgear Wac510 dual router

Hi all

I have a Netgear Wac510 dual band router in our offices, some android cellphones are unable to connect to the Wifi since well they use a frequency of 2.4Ghz, iPhone users are able to access the Wifi because they have 5Ghz frequency
What I came across when I logged in the dashboard as admin is that the 2.4Ghz radio signal is down and the 5Ghz is up

I have tried to reboot the device and updated the firmware but the 2.4Ghz signal is still down

Please help anyone
My email address is mj@cimmsa.co.za

Thank you

    Hi MJ_Mnisi

Go to monitoring page and download the detailed logs. We need this file to debug. You can upload into google drive or one drive and send us the link to download. We will check and update.

    Thanks,

  • Using the iPhone radio is easy, and there are plenty of apps to meet your needs.
