Insight 5.5 Now Available for Remote Managed Devices and Apps

 

NETGEAR Insight 5.5 (previously announced at CES 2019) is now available for all of your remote managed devices. Simply login and update the firmware on your devices. Firmware update instructions can be found below. After updating to the latest firmware, make sure to update to the latest version of the NETGEAR Insight app for the best functionality and user experience. The Insight Premium Cloud portal has also been updated with the new features listed below.

How do I back up or restore my device settings in the Insight Cloud Portal?

 

Firmware Update Instructions:

Switches or WiFi Access Points that are connected to Insight cloud, perform the firmware update through the firmware schedule policy or perform a manual device firmware update using the Insight app or web interface.

To update the switch using local web interface, follow the instructions in your product's user manual. To find your user manual, visit https://www.netgear.com/support/, enter your model number in the search box, and click the Documentation button on the product page.
