Anybody else experincing inability to log into the Insight Cloud Portal. Tried different browsers on different computers and No Joy!! On top of that my Instant VPN Client when I opened it this mornin...

I've not been able to manage any devices for a week or so now. I have a premium account but when I log in, to goes to a landing page asking me to upgrade to premium. The only option I have is manage subscription under basic user and no visibility to devices.
Please advise.
