Cannot Block Devices-Parental Controls-RBR50; Firmware v2.7.4.24

Question

I realize this was something known as of last week, around April 10. I cannot block devices using the app on both an android and an iphone. I rebooted the router to no avail. Both apps on both phones are up to date.

What can I do to fix this?

There is more recent FW version available, possible updating may solve this:

Follow the manual update process as mentioned in that link with a wired PC and web browser. Be sure to update all RBS first, then the RBR lastly. A factory reset maybe needed as well as a last resort.&nbsp;

This didnt work.&nbsp; The devices in question are on the guest network but that has never mattered before.&nbsp; I'm not sure what to do here.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

The FW update mentioned needs to be applied manually.&nbsp;
Not sure if guest network devices can be control with SPC...

It *was* applied manually.&nbsp; I was simply showing you that everything was updated to the latest FW.&nbsp;&nbsp;SPC has always worked on the guest network.&nbsp; I'll try putting it on the main network in a bit and see if that changes anything.&nbsp; I cant imagine it will since it has worked on the guest network for the past year.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Ok. I don't use SPC much or GN so wanted to be sure.&nbsp;Been told there is a new Orbi app update on the way so might keep an eye out for it. No idea when it will hit.&nbsp;
