Infrant X6 NAS - Reboot from Device Frontview not working.
I have an old Infrant Readynas X6 and I have been having problems with backups to a local USB Hard Disk, The backups run for some time and then they stall and the NAS cannot be accesses by frontview.
I can access the NAS from Windows explorer and I can see it on Raidar.
I have disconnected the USB drive but Frontview still wont respond.
Could someone tell me how to reboot the X6 From the NAS? is there a process of holding power for a certain amount of time or pressing it several times to force a shut-down?

Sorry for the delay in replying I have been away all week. I am using Raidar 4.3.3. and firmware 4.1.8
I tried the method in the link you gave me but although the lights started flashing as expected the NAS does not shut down.
I guess I will have to resort to pulling the plug.
