Netgear ReadyNAS 3138 Troubleshooting SNMP

Netgear, ReadyNAS 3138, Firmware 6.10.8

 

Hello,

i need some help to troubleshoot a SNMP issue with a NAS device.

I have enabled the SNMP service for monitoring purpose, but after 4 hour, a day or a week the service keeps disabling.

 

So i need to connect to the web interface and enable again the service.

 

In the last month it happened at least one time a week.

 

Do you have some ideas of what i could check to understand what are causing this issue and how to solve it?

Welcome to the Community!

 

Have you downloaded the zip logs from the NAS? From there the cause why the SNMP Service failed or stopped can be indicated. If you have it you can share the link to download via PM so I can help check.
