ReadyNas wont Boot past 72%

So no disks detected either. Can you connect them to a PC and test with vendor tools? (Seatools or WD's dashboard)?
See if they detect the disks (Windows won't mount them, since they use linux formatting).

So they are Toshiba Drives, Ran the tools they have, and only 1 was detected.
I ran smart scans on the others with a Linux box. they came back with errors.
Disk 1 Error
Disk 2 Good
Disk 3 Error
Disk 4 Error

If three disks somehow failed, then the volume is lost. If you can manage to clone the failed ones, you might be able to get the data back with RAID recovery software. But the odds are really poor.
