Airprint stopped working - R7000
I get an error message on my ios devices when I try to print to my non-airprint compatible printer setup through the router. It used to work great. I loved it. I'm not sure when I lost it, as I don't use it every day. I get an error message of "the security of the connection could not be verified" on the device when I print. I've tried unintalling the bonhour software and reinstalling but it didn't help. I wanted to check the settings in the genie app but it asks me to install itunes and adobe reader and then refresh (see attached), but both programs are already installed. It seems that might be my issue but I don't know how to force it to get to the next screen. I can print from the "host" computer as well as others on the network, just not from an IOS device. Any advice?

Hi @goclmbmnt,
1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. What version of the Genie app do you have installed?
3. Please make sure that both iTunes and Adobe Reader are up to date.
4. What version of iOS are your devices using?

I also have the same issue. My AirPrint printer Canon MF726Cdw shows that it is connected to the network but my laptop cannot discover it. The printer also does not show up in the attached devices.
My router firmware version is V1.0.9.26_10.2.31 .
