So I'm not getting money extorted from me, I'm trying to rename my 5g feed via network Genie. I can login to genie when I'm connected via 2g and have renamed this network. I use my iPad and when I try to login to change the name and password on 5g,, I get an error message : (login failed, router failed to respond with expected results.)

Hi @Birdie2971,
1. You can also change the WiFi name and password of the 5GHz band while connected to the 2.4GHz band.
2. You can also do the same by accessing the router's UI via a browser. You may find the link below helpful.

3. Have you tried using another device (Android app, another iOS device, Windows/MAC computer)?
4. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
