Mobile App cannot connect to MR6500 mobile hotspot router

Mobile App cannot connect to MR6500 mobile hotspot router
I have connected to MR6500 wifi directly. But the mobile app cannot connect to it.

Us that the Nighthawk app? I see no sign that it supports this, or any other, mobile hotspot.

Is the Mobile App which shows on router "support" chapter, not the Nighthawk App. Do you know this?

Where do I find that?
It isn't in my manual for your device. I checked that before I replied. But these things depend on firmware. It would not surprise me of the manual was out of date.
Try the support pages for your device.
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
Also, Why not check the place where they support your device?

I have the same problem. The Nighthawk app says "Wi-Fi Router Not Supported" when I try to connect. Yet there are Youtube videos and such of people using the app with the wireless hotspots. I have a Nighthawk MR6500 M6 Pro AT&T Unlocked. Have others connected their Nighthawk hotspots to the app successfully?

Don't confuse the Nighthawk app with the mobile app.
