What mobile platform do you use? Apple or Android?

Make sure local network is enabled on Apple devices:

We are all waiting for Netgear to fix the apps.
In the meantime, use the browser graphical user interface (GUI) as far as possible.

Hello,
Simply turn off your device for some time and restart it again. Once the system loads again, launch the Nighthawk app on your device and try to log in to your router to see if the issue is still around.
