Nighthawk app

So I just got a new Netgear cm1000 modem and I can not get the app to connect to router for remote access. I have reset both modem and router still can’t get the app to connect.

    Hello Jo85, 

     

    The CM1000 does not support remote management.

    I can’t get the Night hawk app I used to setup the router to connect to the router. I only started having this issue when I got my new modem the CM1000

      And that router is?

       

      Setting it up and using the app should not need the CM1000 to cooperate.
