Parental control wont wok with wired connection

Hi,

 

I have set up the parental controls and registered for the free opendns account. All wireless devices are working correctly (blocking sites such as http://www.internetbadguys.com/ & http://www.exampleadultsite.com/).

However, the wired devices (windows 10 desktops) do not even though the parental controls for those devices are set the same in the Genie app. The wired devices do block http://www.internetbadguys.com/ but not any adult content.

Any ideas as to what is wrong?

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. Please try other filtering levels for the wired devices and check if the issue persists.

    3. What version of Genie were you using to configure the settings?
