RAXE 300 No Access Control

Question

I try to access "Access Control" on my PC it tells me I have to use the NIghthawk App. There is no way to access it on the app (which is such garbage). Called tech support last night they had me upgrade my firmware, access control came back on the PC. However today it is gone again. Wasted 40 minutes on the phone with a tech who had no idea what he was doing and got nowhere. So basically now I have no way to secure or kick anyone off my wifi. Any ideas?

Have you factory reset the router and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Don't use the NH app.

Most of the controls can be blocked using the NH app.&nbsp;

Yes we did that last night and it gave me access control on the PC. However today it went away again.

Can you see the devices in the NH app and select on a device there to Pause it?&nbsp;
