NETGEAR WN3000RPv3

We've had this extender for almost 2 years and it's been fine. I'm sure I set the password up to match the WiFi network we were trying to extend. Now I have changed providers so there is a new network. It's connected with my new router fine, but when we try to connect, every password that we try won't work.
The only solution I can find online says to open a browser page using the extender network which I obviously can't do.

Hello KimbaH - Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!

Please factory reset the extender by pressing the small black button with a pin for 10+ seonds on the bottom of the extender. After doing so, use a device to connect to the wireless network named "NETGEAR_EXT" and browse to www.mywifiext.net. Log into the extender's admin page using the default credentials below and follow the setup instructions.
