Netgear WN3100rpV2 and Asus Zenbook UX310UA
Hi,
I have a netgear WN3100rpV2 that works fine. I can use it as a repeter or a hot spot.
But for some reason, i can't connect my laptop (asus zenbook ux310UA) to it. the connection failed before it ask me for the password. I've tried to reset it many times, on repeter or hotspot mode with no succes with the laptop. I had no problem to connect my cellphone to it.
Any solution? is it the frequency or something like that?

I solve the problem few hours after i posted it by using your Netgear genius app, so i could connect to my wifi connection without any pb.

Do you happen to have the SSID name the same on the router and the extender if so that could be causing the issue may need to rename one also make sure your are using WPA2 security.DarrenM
