New WiFi Password. Factory reset not working.
I installed the product and it worked great, but when I changed my ATT wireless password I was unable to make the extender work. I reset to factory settings and then did the same steps as before to make it connect. The strange part is I can still connect to the extender if I use the old password, almost like the factory reset didn't work. I used WPS to setup the extender both times.

- - Press and hold the reset button till the power light in the extender blinks for 8 times.
- then connect your computer to the default wireless network(NETGEAR_EXT) of the extender.
- that will open up the Genie or Setup Wizard of the extender
- Follow the instruction complete the configuration
