Universal WiFi Range Extender
I've had this unit for several years with no problems. A few days ago I lost the internet connection, and my server, CenturyLink, fixedit and in the process changed the modem password. I've gone through many of the solutions on this site, but none worked. The page I am directed to does not cover this model. Clicking on the given link results in an inaccessible page. How do I fix it?

Hi BN7,
Welcome to the community!
1. You may have to reconnect the extender to the network using the new password (WiFi password).
2. You can try doing a factory reset on the extender as described on page 25 on the user manual on this link.
3. You can the go through the setup procedure using this guide.

Dexter

Hi,
A friend who was visiting this past weekend was able to find the the Netgear page that allowed us to enter the new password. Extender is working fine. Thanks for following up.
