want to use samsung s3 phones hot spot feature with netgear extender wn3000rp
i use my samsung galaxy s3 as hotspot for my computer, works fine. when i try to use netgear wn3000rp to extend my phones hotspot signal i can see the extender as an available wireless network connection with strong signal strengh on my PC but it won't connect. i run network trouble shooter and it says something about invalid IP address? can anyone help?

Make sure you have the hotspot set to WPA2 security also you may need to do a factory reset on the extender and try to do the setup again.

- I too trying to set up extender NW3000RPv3 to Samsung Galaxy s5. Extender says connected but not. What is the setup procedure? Maybe did something wrong
