GoDaddy email is not working since router install xr1000

Question

My router isn't listed so I had to pick the model 700 but mine is an XR1000 ...After installing the new router my godaddy email account cannot connect. I've worked w/godaddy cust. serv. but they don't seem to have an answer right now. Is there a setting I need to adjust or ??? (I'm not very techy, sorry)

Have you adjusted any settings on the router at all? Did you enable Armor?

I let the router do the setup, I called my Int. provider after that and he made sure I was running DCHP...and that was it, router works great for all things besides being able to log in to the godaddy secureserver. ARMOR-to my knowledge is on, I've received a couple emails and texts from it but no issues.

Could you try disabling Armor, then reboot the router from the interface and see if it works please?

i've disabled armor from the app on my phone but what do you mean by "interface" reboot? Best I can tell is to restart the router from the back "on" "off" button?

yep that was it, ARMOR was stopping the godaddy email.secureserver.net from getting through. So is there a fix for this? Or just cancel ARMOR altogether?&nbsp;Thanks for the help!
