Using to play call of duty but the connection is really bad.
In public the matches its fine but i play privete matches, competitive mode in cod and it seems a diferent game, same ping, but the movment is slower, seems like i have delay to shot, to aim

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Are you wired or wireless connected to the router? Wired is preferred.

Be sure to close all background apps before running any bufferbloat testing.

Try a different PC to compare results.

How is QoS configured on the router?

You would get more and better answers if you posted your question in the section Netgear has dedicated to Nighthawk Pro Gaming Routers.

        Try here:  https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-Routers/bd-p/en-home-nighthawk-pro-gaming-routers

Dynamic QoS is of dubious value when using a modern broadband internet connection.  You will get better performance out of your Netgear router if you disable Dynamic QoS, traffic meter, and access control in your configuration.  Each of these "features" disable hardware that supports performance.

      4) Using wired connection

      5) all backgrounds are closed when i am running the test or playing

      6) qos i set 30% ,10%,70%
