Are you referring to ping assist? If so that would still only get you a server under your ping limit, not block players from joining the server. That will be coming.
If you're referring to Deny & Allow then yes that is present on the XR500.
Thank you. My main concern before buying is for example.. Intentionally laggy player joins destiny game... Destiny compensates all other players and makes it a terrible game. Not certain they do this but seems likely with how inconsistent the game is. So I would want to filter all bad pings.
Destiny uses a hybrid system so you could block those players but they may then connect to a server that you connect to. Though as you're closer to the server you have the advantage.
Ok thank you. I don't really understand all of it but I had the original netduma and Destiny was so bad I couldn't get into a game when putting in even extremely mild restrictions. I really like what you guys are doing though and hope it eventually forces cheap/lazy devs like Bungie to make different decisions. We just got Gigabit internet a few days ago and I am happy to see your software on a router I can use! I will buy the router on my way home if best buy is still open.
