Xr500 xbox showing offline on dumaOS
hopefully someone here can help
I have verizon fios for internet and the nighthawk gaming router is connected to that. when i log in to the dumaOS and set everything up my xbox shows offline in the networks, but if i do it on wifi it shows online. how do i get the wired connection to show online ?

also it does not show an ip address on the device manager page
- If you reboot the router does it show as online then? Make sure the console is connected via automatic network settings.
ive tried rebooting it and the xbox. when i go to the device manager and click on the xbox it has a mac address but no ip address.

Modem Combo Units:
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem.
