netgear xr1000 interface access problems

Hi

I have a Netgear XR1000 gaming router.

since I have it I had so many issues like:

1- 1st setup\ Geofilter is not working and I found a solution here advice me to do a hard rest which I did

2- 2nd setup I had a bad connection and non-stable WIFI and couldn't reach routerlogin.net  it keep loading until I get not loaded yet so I did a hard rest again based on a solution here.

3- 3rd setup which was by accident because I was thinking there is a problem with the firmware it self so I follow the instructions here to do a tftp upgrade so I did a soft rest and set it up and every thing worked perfectly except the Geofilter I get an error message when I try to choose my home address.

the next day back to same and I couldn't reach the interface page.

is it a problem with the firmware because I'm thinking to upload the previse version maybe it will solve all my problems.

please I need help it have been 2 days not having any good game even that it's a gaming router

    1. what modem/gateway are you connected to?

    2. what firmware version are you on?

    3. after upgrading/downgrading firmware, a factory reset is recommended on the XR devices. Have you tried this?
    4. You'll get more help in the pro-gamer forum. The guys on there are super helpful and knowledgeable about the XR routers.  I'll notify a mod about moving it.

      hey guru

      thank you for fast reply

1- I mentioned the website I use to login which is http://www.routerlogin.net/desktop/index.html#com.netdumasoftware.systeminfo

2- I use the latest firmware which is XR1000-V1.0.0.64_1.0.49

3- yes I did and now I down grade my firmware version to XR1000-V1.0.0.58_1.0.44 and did a hard rest and set it up again seem to me same issue.

4- thank you so much for your help

I forgot to mention I always get a message in router page says ( you are no longer connected to your router. if your router is rebooting then keep this page open as it will automatically reconnect to the router interface when the reboot is complete. otherwise please check your connection e.g. you connected to the correct router ) while I'm not rebooting the router

also I would like to mention that I'm using pppoe bridge connection ( maybe this is Couse the problem )
