5g internet won’t connect
My 5g won’t connect, everything shows online however when trying to connect to a console it shows a message that it cannot connect to the router. When I called tech support the claimed that I needed to purchase firewall protection, but when then also tell me that I need to also purchase “support” in order for them to help me.

2. what firmware is on it?
3. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
4. do wired devices work?
5. do 2.4ghz devices work?
6. did something change? is this a new purchase?

To many actors of the spam and scam mafia out there. You will loose money questionable fake support action and service.
