5g internet won’t connect

My 5g won’t connect, everything shows online however when trying to connect to a console it shows a message that it cannot connect to the router. When I called tech support the claimed that I needed to purchase firewall protection, but when then also tell me that I need to also purchase “support” in order for them to help me.

2. what firmware is on it? 

3. what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

4. do wired devices work?

5. do 2.4ghz devices work?

6. did something change? is this a new purchase?

Do not - never - Google or use any other search engine for locating support, for whatever product. To many actors of the spam and scam mafia out there. You will loose money  questionable fake support action and service.
