Blocking a specific device on a Nighthawk X6
I am trying to block a specific device from connecting to my Nighthawk router. I can access the router by using 192.168.1.1 to log in. I can see the device I am trying to block. I went to advanced then security then clicked on access control, it does not display any of the devices connected to my router. This is what happens.
I have checked the firmware on my router and it is up to date. I tried accessing my router using chrome and MS Edge. Same result for both.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Do you have Circle or Smart Parental controls enabled in the Nighthawk app?
FW is behind.

Re: Blocking a specific device on a Nighthawk X6
I updated the firmware to V1.0.4.88_10.1.88.
I do not have acircle or smart parent.
I tried to access the specific devices after updating the firmware. I get the same emoji that says: 192.168.1.1 didn't send any data".

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch after FW was updated?

Lets give that a go then. Possible the web ui at this feature could be some bad state and needs cleared out.
