Am trying to install firmware update.I can access router wirelessly as well as ethernet cable, access to internet is no problem.accessing routerlogin.net and entering valid info does nothing, blank login box reappears and grey spinning sending cirles just spins, going on for 10+ minutes now.even went through "Forgot Password" to verify I had been using the correct password, I had.Ping worked perfectly. Legitimate Suggestions are welcome.

  Furrye38, thanks for the suggestion of using other browsers. And here is where it gets strange: I was using Firefox, tried Chrome and IE each from two different PCs. no luck. Tried it from Safari and it worked. Went back to laptop wired to router, logged in, was told I was already logged in on another computer, press yes to disconnect that one." That worked.
  
  Now, in spite of the fact that I left a zero off the model number in the Subject line and before you suggest it, After the first 3 failures, ALL log in credentials were typed in one finger-one key at a time. ;)
  
  After 10 years in IT, I despise technology.
