What model router do you you have?
How was the FW updated on the router? Nighthawk app or Routers web page?
Try a power OFF of the router for 1 minute then back on...
- 76_South311398AspirantI powered it off, push the reeet button. Took all wires out and put back in. Turned the power off and an. I did everything and still nothing.

You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
and here's a video walk through using a tftp client. Use the built in one for windows 10 though. the video is more of an example of how its done.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9DLrLQrpaw
and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash

Anytime I run into an issue after a firmware upgrade, I usually start with a factory reset.
Have you tried that?
What are the led's on the router doing? (color, blinking, solid, etc)What modem/gateway is it connected to?
What firmware did you install?
What router is it.
There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
Its a great resource to start with.- 76_South311398AspirantI have the Netgear AC1200. Not sure what firmware was installed I only saw the option to update and I did. The power light is blinking. Nothing else is.

Your firmware is corrupt or boot process is corrupt. tftp/nmrpflash is whats used to fix it. You don't have any devices with an ethernet port to fix it.
Options?
1. if its new, start a rma process with it or return/exhange it at the store.
2. buy a usb--->ethernet adapter so you can hardwire into it
3. borrow a laptop from someone with an ethernet port

sounds like your firmware got corrupted when it was updating. You need to unbrick it. There's several videos on youtube showing you "how to unbrick a router" I've done it before using tftp2.exe.
