Connected without internet

 

I have AC 4000 Nighthawk X65 model number R8000P. On my phone  it indicates that I am connected without internet. How do I correct this ? Thank you

    Did something change so you're getting this? 

    Is this a new install? 
    Any other devices having issues? 

    What modem/gateway is the router connected to?

      Nothing has changed because this is clean install on a new machine. No other devices has any issues. I use Verizon jet pack. The phone  is a Samsung with Verizon software.  I have Windows 11 and I update the machine every morining. Likewise I get upadates as soon as available. Thank you.

        What Firmware version is currently loaded?
        What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
        Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. 

         

        Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?
        Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
        Turn off and unplug modem.
        Turn off router and computers.
        Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
        Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
        Turn on computers and rest of network.


        Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
