A friend had the solution.
I used TFTP2.EXE on my laptop (Windows 10).
He told me to uninstall TFTP2.EXE and activate TFTP on my windows 10 laptop.
After that i run CMD and type TFTP -i 192.168.1.1 PUT R7000-V1.0.9.18_1.2.27.chk
This is for me the solution. My R7000 is working again.

If your willing to open the router up you reflash the router with the use of a serial cable there are many videos on the web that show how to this may be your only chance to sve the router if you can not access routervia a lan port. I would clear the nvram before you refash the router there still may old data in it causing poroblems.
