My modem and/or router are blocking my websites

I have a CM400 High Speed Cable Modem and an AC1200 (R6220) Smart WiFi router and they are blocking me from my own websites that I access on a daily basis. I know that the sites themselves are working because others outside my home can access them and I can access them through my cell phone's internet connection (hotspot). I've checked for firmware updates, rebooted the system and have even done a factory reset. Still not working. How can I fix this?

If you hook directly to the modem, do the sites work?

I know you said you checked for updates on the firmware. The automated check doesn't always work. What firmware are you running on it?

Are you using a certain dns provider or the automatic one?

1.1.0.86 is the current firmware. I'd install that manually, factory reset the device, and try without restoring and configuration data. Make sure to install it over a hardwired connection.
