Nighthawk x6 ac2200 connection issue
I have setup an x6 tri-band WiFi mesh extender and it seems to be working on my mobile device. However, my wife’s mobile is now only connecting intermittently, and when she ‘forgets the network’ and then reconnects; she is frequently told the password is wrong (even when we share the password from my iPhone, which is connected).
Any help with this would be appreciated, I won’t get it. The firmware is up to date.

When you sit it up, did you install it using wps or using the installation wizard?
What firmware is on the extender?
what router are you connecting it to?

try reinstalling version 1.0.0.206 of the firmware. factory reset the extender and do a clean install on it. disable its autoupdate for now. It seems like some are having issues with the .210 version.

You download from the support site. Then extract it.
then just follow the "manual firmware update" process from the manual and instead of using new firmware, use the one you downloaded.
