No Internet Access After Factory Reset

After having intermittent internet issues and random disconnects for days, I did a factory reset on my Nighthawk router. I followed the instructions on my Nighthawk app to re-activate the router after powering off the modem, the router, disconnecting the devices, and then restarting them and plugging them back together in the correct order.
My router cannot access the internet. The light above the circle image is Amber. I connected my modem directly to my PC and it works fine, so the issue is with the router. When I factory reset the router I had already updated it to the most recent firmware.
Any help is appreciated!

Well, I disconnected the ethernet cable from my PC and reconnected it to the router. I then used the PC to access the router and set it up, and now it works! I would recommend NOT using the Nighthawk app...it appears to have various problems.

Re: No Internet Access After Factory Reset
Nighthawk x6 AC3000 tri band wifi router R7850
Router worked great until I updated with App. Once updated now it says cannot find router. Went thru all the steps shown, same results.
If I knew this would happen I would not have updated app.
My router has blinking power light and 2 amber lights on USB
I saw the comment that the gentleman made about doing it from his PC. Can someone give me the steps on doing that.
Thank you in advance

Potentially informative:
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot".
If you have a flashing power indicator, then you may be a candidate
for the TFTP recovery scheme. See, for example:

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Downloads. (For older versions, under Firmware and Software
Downloads, look for "View Previous Versions".) Find the kit(s).
Download the kit(s) you want. Read the "Release Notes" file for
instructions. (In the User Manual, look for "firmware", and,
especially, for a topic like "Manually Upload Firmware to the Router".)
When that fails because of a deficient User Manual, try:
