MS60 satelite dead?
Satellite is plugged into an outlet. No light. Pressed the reset for 10+ seconds, no change. Nighthawk app shows it on the network map, but with a red indicating light and under devices, shows its offline.
Anything I should try before submitting a hardware warranty claim?

Try using a power supply from a different satellite or even the router to see if its a power supply issue

Re: MS60 satelite dead?
Yeah, its the power supply. Swapped it with the working one and updated the satellite firmware.
Thanks for the help.

Re: MS60 satelite dead?
Did updating and swapping back have it working?
Not sure what netgear's warranty is on power supplies.
Are you still within warranty? You could check with them if its not.
