Nighthawk Mesh Wifi 6, Nighthawk app ver 2.14.0.301 - How to remove/uninstall Parental Controls tile
I have the Netgear Nighthawk Mesh Wifi 6 system running firmware ver V1.1.6.122_2.0.58. I am also running the Nighthawk app ver 2.14.0.301. There is a tile on my Nighthawk app "Parental Controls". I need to know how to remove/uninstall this tile as I am not able to control any devices on my network, i.e., perform Access Control functions to devices. Apparently this is a "feature" called "Circle Smart Parent Controls". When I run older firmware ver 1.0.6.116 on my router, I don't have any issues with Access Controls, but am no longer able to access my satellites - and my Nighthawk app has a black background. However, when I upgrade my firmware, functionality is lost, and my Nighthawk app background turns white like the Circle app.

Factory reset the MR and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser. Don't enable SPC after it's setup.

I did a Factory Reset of my MR60 and while I'm able to control devices (as of right now) via the web interface, I have tried reinstalling the Nighthawk app on my phone and the Parental Controls tile has reappeared, leaving me unable to control devies in the app. So the Factory Reset did not work.
I guess the next step is to post on the Parental Controls forum. This is so frustrating.
