Can't connect ethernet
I cannot connect the router to my ethernet connection in one office. The desktop says make sure ethernet plug is plugged in. It is. Tried several ethernet cables and also had the outlet tested and it works. Any solution?

Test a wired PC connected to each port on the router with a good quality known working LAN cable. CAT6 is recommended.

What actual router do you have?
Is it the C6300 from your connection?
Is the C6300 connected via coax to your ISP?
and its activated?
Or how are you connecting it exactly? You put you're connecting to the ethernet in your ofice and you've had the outlet tested. If you have the C6300 is a modem/router combo device. Its not a router by itself.
