Can't register Archer C7 (AC 1750 dual band wireless router) won't accept serial n°

Hi all,

Just installed the Archer C7 router. Works well.

Now, I want to register this router on the Netgear site, but the system doesn't accept the serial number (13 digits)

Also, the support site doesn't recognizes Archer C7 type, altough this is marked on the router and the box as being the Model N°.

What do I do wrong ?

I believe the Archer C7 is a TP-LINK  product.   Not a NETGEAR product.

You would need to go to TP-LINK's website to register that device.
