Incoming connections but no ports forwarded or UPnP enabled X6 R8000

Hi,

I notice incomming connections in the access log like this:

[LAN access from remote] from 193.107.216.203:5138 to 192.168.100.5:5060

192.168.100.5 is my VoIP phone and in the past I had port forwarding enabled but not anymore. In my router's configuration there are no port forwarding or triggerig rules enabled nor do I have UPnP enabled.

How is this possible and how do I prevent these incoming connections?

Firmware Version: V1.0.4.68_10.1.75

Cheers,

Marnix

  • Thanks for the idea. i did not have a DMZ server configured, but in the same configuration screen (see picture) I noticed the NAT Filtering option. I checked "Disabled SIP ALG". Hopefully this solves the issue.

For some reason including a picture in the text does not work so I attached it as a file.

    Cheers,

    Marnix

A DMZ server would be another way to allow incoming connections.

A settings reset and manual reconfiguration is the usual shotgun to
employ when the displayed settings disagree with the actual behavior.
