connect access point WNDR4300
I have a modem in the basement from my provider and an WNDR4300 access point in the living room for a better connection also from my provider.
Both have the same SSID and password and the same confguration.
Everything worked well, bu ti have a new phoen now: Xiaomi Poco X3 working with Android.
It does connect with the acces point, only with the modem in the basement and it has a poor connection.
I have searched on the internet, but i can't find anything.
My daughter has an iphone and she can connect with the AP, so it works

Was this WiFi connection migrated from a previous Android phone? Appears this device has issues with these. Remove the connection on the phone any re-add it by discovery and manually enrering the password/PSK..

What is the modem? (It sounds like a modem/router if it does wifi.)
Is the WNDR4300 configured in AP mode? Is it wired to the modem? (The WNDR4300 can also do "WDS" and work as a wifi repeater.)

Is there a "not" missing in there? As in "It does not connect" to the access point?
