Unable to Unblock a device

Unable to Unblock a device
I have a RBR850 running firmware V4.6.9.11. I recently blocked my TV to stop my son from watching stuff. I went to unblock it later to find that I can't. In the Orbi mobile app it doesn't provided anywhere I can unblock it that I can find. When I log into the web site admin screen, I can see it's block under devices but when I go under access control I get a message "To use Access Control, please use the Orbi App."
Any idea how to unblock something from app ?

Were you using Smart Parental Controls?
Might have to reset the RBR and setup from scratch.

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
