Orbi pro sxr80 sxs80 Insight used remotely without my enrollment . And dos attacks

Ive been using web interface and did not enroll or initiate Insight or wireless application, firmware updates are set to manual. The logs show insight token issued to someone, but not me. What is mvpn service? Would i be safer enrolling devices into insight app than using web interface? Are there more controls by way of insight app. Should i enroll so no one else can claim device in insight app? How do i stop Dos activity?
